Refunds

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of chocolates and pastries, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nolitacacao@gmail.com with supporting photographs and details. We will review your case and provide a resolution promptly.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved and a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, kindly take the following actions as soon as possible.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible as the order may already be processed for shipment. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at nolitacacao@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Cancellation Charges

No cancellation charges will apply if the order is canceled within the stipulated time. The order cannot be canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.
